We are currently looking for part-time Dental Sales Representatives / Dental Workflow Consultants who understand how dental clinics operate and are interested in a flexible additional income opportunity alongside their current role.
This opportunity is especially suitable for dental professionals who already have clinic experience, industry knowledge, or relationships within the dental community.
What You’ll Be Doing
Build and maintain relationships with dental clinics in your area
Identify workflow, storage, or organization inefficiencies inside clinics
Introduce HexaDent’s dental organization solutions in a natural and consultative way
Connect interested clinics with our internal team for product follow-up and order support
Support long-term clinic relationships within the dental industry

Compensation & Growth
This role begins with a commission-based probationary training and onboarding period.
During this period, each representative will have clearly defined performance requirements, including clinic outreach activity, qualified clinic introductions, and/or sales results.
Representatives who meet the required performance standards will be formally confirmed into an ongoing Dental Sales Representative / Dental Workflow Consultant role.
After confirmation, representatives will continue under HexaDent’s ongoing sales compensation structure, with additional earning opportunities based on performance and involvement.
High-performing representatives may further qualify for a base salary + commission structure over time, depending on sales performance, consistency, involvement, and company needs.
