Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Landscape Laborer or skilled Landscapers/hardscapers to join our team and contribute to maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces. This position offers an opportunity to work outdoors in a dynamic environment, supporting various landscaping projects and ensuring the health and beauty of our clients' properties. The ideal candidate will have a passion for gardening, horticulture, and landscape maintenance, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Duties

Assist with landscape installation, including planting, sod laying, and soil preparation
Operate and maintain mechanical equipment such as excavators and power tools
Perform irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance
Use hand tools and power tools for trimming, pruning, edging, and general landscape upkeep
Support construction activities related to landscape projects
Maintain cleanliness of work sites and ensure safety protocols are followed
Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance
Assist with garden bed preparation, mulching, and fertilization tasks
Support team in completing projects efficiently while adhering to quality standards

Experience

Prior experience in landscaping, gardening, or horticulture is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
Mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment is a plus
Familiarity with excavation machinery such as excavators is advantageous
Knowledge of irrigation systems, landscape maintenance practices, and construction techniques is beneficial
Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
Experience working outdoors in various weather conditions is desirable
Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials or equipment as needed
