Full job description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer to join our team. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for performing various physical tasks to assist with tree planting, maintenance, and other general labor duties. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and are looking for a hands-on role.

Responsibilities:
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of worksites
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision
- Assist skilled workers with their tasks as needed
- Perform general maintenance tasks on equipment and tools

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is a plus
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and equipment
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment
