Job duties include:

Answering calls and scheduling appointments, customer service calls.

Co-ordinating vehicle drop off and pick up.

keeping office and front entrance tidy.

Tracking and updating inventory in Microsoft excel/google sheets.

Entering work orders into the Full bay system and verifying accuracy of invoices, collecting payments.

Obtaining quotes and ordering supplies and parts as required

Running errands within 5km of office.

This job requires great organizational skills and the ability to be flexible to serve our customers.

Pay: $17.00-$24.00 per hour
