Brand Ambassador - Phantom Creek Estates
At Phantom Creek, we have created an exclusive brand experience that invites guests to enjoy exceptional wines alongside breathtaking views in the heart of Oliver, British Columbia. We pride ourselves on delivering best-in-class service through a strong culture of collaboration and open communication among our diverse team. Guided by a winning attitude and a shared passion for excellence, we are committed to leaving a lasting legacy.
Who we are
Phantom Creek Estates represents the Bai family’s visionary pursuit to establish one of Canada’s premier wineries. This journey led them to the celebrated terroirs of the Black Sage Bench, Golden Mile Bench, and the Similkameen Valley—home to some of the Okanagan’s most historic vineyard sites, including Phantom Creek Vineyard, Becker Vineyard, and Kobau Vineyard.
At Phantom Creek, our focus is on crafting exceptional wines that reflect both place and purpose, with an emphasis on single-vineyard Bordeaux varietals, Alsatian whites, and the Okanagan’s benchmark expressions of Viognier and Syrah. Each wine is sourced from storied vineyard sites that showcase the diversity and depth of the region.
Guided by the dedication of our vineyard team, our estate vineyards are farmed using natural, organic, and biodynamic practices. Further strengthening this commitment, we are honoured to work with France’s first Master of Wine, Olivier Humbrecht, as our farming consultant. This collaboration ensures a thoughtful, holistic approach to viticulture—one that allows our wines to express the distinctive character of the Okanagan Valley’s remarkable terroirs with clarity and authenticity.
