Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Painter/Laborer to join our construction and restoration team. This role involves performing a variety of painting and labor tasks in residential areas. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction painting, restoration, and working with hand tools and power tools. Strong communication skills, time management, and a great attitude are essential for success in this position. This is a paid position offering opportunities for professional growth within the industry.

Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and masking to ensure quality finishes
Apply paint, stain, or other coatings using brushes, rollers, spray equipment, or other tools
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently during painting tasks
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Communicate effectively with team members and clients to meet project deadlines and expectations

Qualifications

Skilled in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members
Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various environments
At least a G2 licence and access to a car
