We’re a small outfitter running guest lodging and outdoor experiences for hunting and fishing clients. We’re looking for a hands-on, reliable person to keep the property, cabins, and equipment running smoothly. If you’d rather fix a lawnmower than sit at a desk, this is for you.
What You’ll Do
Property & Lodge Maintenance 60%
- Perform routine maintenance on guest cabins, common areas, and outbuildings
- Plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general repairs
- Seasonal prep and shutdown of cabins and water systems
- Snow removal and basic landscaping in winter
Grounds & Equipment 30%
- Grass cutting, trimming, and property cleanup
- Maintain lawn equipment, ATVs, boats, and small engines
- Basic mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance
- Dock and boat launch upkeep
Guest & Operations Support 10%
- Prep cabins for guest arrival/departure
- Assist guides and guests with gear and basic troubleshooting
- Monitor property for safety hazards and report issues
What We’re Looking For
- Must have: Mechanical aptitude, comfort with power tools, and basic trades knowledge
- Nice to have: Small engine repair, welding, plumbing, or electrical experience
- Background: Fishing, hunting, or outfitter experience is a huge asset. You understand the pace and priorities of the season
- Valid G license and clean driving record
- Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working solo or with minimal supervision
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs, work outdoors in all

Pay: $17.20-$23.00 per hour
