Customer Service Coordinator / Service Advisor Trainee
Full-Time | Automotive Repair, Windshield Replacement & ADAS Calibration
We are a busy, growing automotive service facility looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our front office team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and being part of a fast-paced environment. You’ll begin by supporting our day-to-day front office operations, with the opportunity to learn the automotive business and grow into a Service Advisor role.
Automotive experience is not required. We are willing to train the right person.
What You'll Do
- Welcome customers and create a positive first impression
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Help manage the daily schedule and workflow
- Follow up with customers regarding estimates and deferred work
- Process payments and maintain accurate customer records
- Coordinate communication between customers, technicians, and service advisors
- Assist with windshield replacement scheduling and bookings
- Support general day-to-day front office operations

Experience That Transfers Well
Automotive experience is an asset, but it is not necessary. Experience in any of the following areas could be a great fit:
- Customer service
- Medical or dental office administration
- Veterinary clinics
- Hospitality or hotel front desk
- Retail or retail management
- Scheduling and office administration
- Automotive service or collision repair
Where This Position Can Grow
This is much more than a traditional receptionist position.
As you become comfortable with our business, we want to teach you more.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gradually take on responsibilities such as:
- Preparing windshield replacement quotes
- Booking and coordinating windshield replacements
- Coordinating ADAS calibration appointments
- Communicating with insurance companies and suppliers
- Preparing and presenting estimates
- Following up with customers regarding recommended repairs
- Learning to quote mechanical repairs and maintenance
- Eventually developing into a full Service Advisor role
We don't expect you to know all of this when you start. We're looking for the right person and are prepared to provide the training.
