Your role at Clorox:
The Maintenance Team offers a high level of service in support of manufacturing operations in a progressive environment utilizing lean / agile principles and relies on a skilled and empowered workforce to achieve results. The position requires a team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills blended with a superior technical ability to maintain, troubleshoot and provide process support for converting, packaging and blown film extrusion equipment equipped.

In this role, you will:

Work directly with the Technical Manufacturing Manager, Maintenance Planner and Production Supervisors to maintain and improve production efficiencies and provide a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
Provide maintenance support to Glad manufacturing facility. Duties include:

- Perform Preventative Maintenance Inspections- Perform Corrective Maintenance repairs (electrical and mechanical)- Participate in Breakdown Elimination process to ensure root cause of failures is identified- Timely response to emergency breakdowns- Mechanical Troubleshooting and repairs- Participate, contribute and support all continuous improvement initiatives with focus on recognizing and driving out loss

Ensure that equipment is being operated safely and effectively
Provide support to World Class Operations thru support of Total Productive Maintenance, Root Cause Analysis and Focused Improvements.
Focus on continued learning of systems, processes and equipment design.
Manage daily work order entries and assignments and identify part usage utilizing CMMS.
Communicate with equipment Set-Up Operators , Operators and Production Supervisors.

Be accountable for:

- Safety & Environmental scorecard results and participation- Quality conformance and consumer complaint results- Operating costs and cost savings- Overall productivity (OEE, schedule attainment, material efficiency)- PM (Preventative Maintenance) effectiveness and scorecard results- IM (Improvement Methods) scorecard results and participation- Individual and Team technical development- Relationship with operations, engineering, maintenance and external partners- Communication effectiveness and timely completion of assignments- CMMS data and work order management

Minimum Requirements:

Licensed Millwright
Strong technical, planning and troubleshooting skills with proven ability to troubleshoot mechanical and process related issues to root-cause
Excellent oral and written English communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office

Preferred Requirements:

Fanuc robotics experience
3+ years’ experience packaging machine maintenance

Pay: $46.59-$48.28 per hour

Expected hours: 42.0 per week
