Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Car Sales Executive to join our automotive dealership team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and negotiation skills, with experience in outside sales, and high-end vehicle transactions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with customers, manage a robust sales pipeline, and contribute to the growth of our dealership. Multilingual abilities are highly valued to better serve our diverse clientele. The Car Sales Executive will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, supporting marketing initiatives, and upselling vehicles to meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

Engage with prospective customers through outside sales efforts and develop new business opportunities
Manage and nurture the sales pipeline from initial contact to closing deals
Conduct high-end vehicle sales while providing personalized customer service
Negotiate terms and pricing effectively to maximize deal value while ensuring customer satisfaction
Support dealership marketing campaigns by promoting vehicles and special offers
Upsell additional products and services to enhance customer experience and increase revenue
Maintain strong relationships with clients through ongoing communication and follow-up
Provide comprehensive sales support including product demonstrations, vehicle features explanation, and financing options
Utilize excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills to manage appointments, follow-ups, and documentation efficiently

Requirements

Proven experience in retail car sales or dealership environments with a focus on high-end or luxury vehicles
Strong outside sales background with the ability to generate leads independently
Excellent negotiation skills combined with effective communication abilities.
Demonstrated success in managing a sales pipeline from prospecting to closing deals
Knowledge of B2B sales strategies and experience working with corporate clients is a plus
Exceptional customer service skills with a professional demeanor and positive attitude
Strong organizational skills to handle multiple clients and follow-up activities simultaneously
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with marketing principles, upselling techniques, and sales management tools is desirable
Valid driver’s license with clean record and reliable transportation are required for outside sales activities
