Maternity Contract

This is an in-office, full-time, contract position covering an upcoming maternity leave (September 2026 - September 2027). The position is expected to overlap with our existing team member by approximately 8 weeks.

Excellent typing skills and ability to document important information in a timely way
Coachable, intuitive, client-focused, and results-oriented

You will stand out if you have:

Past experience in client care including a background in verbal and written communications
Experience in grasping ideas and concepts and turning them into actionable steps
Bi-lingual skills in speaking and writing (FR / EN)

On the job you will:

Answer incoming requests by phone and email
Assess requests, take next actions as directed or connect clients with the appropriate team member for their needs (following an on-boarding and training period)
Complete follow-up communication both internal and external
Support on documentation preparation (estimates, quotations, proposals, and guidance documents as examples)
Communicate with vendors as required
