This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service. As a Cashier / Customer Service / Shake Mixologist, you'll be one of the first faces our guests see, helping create a welcoming atmosphere while ensuring every order and experience exceeds expectations.
Full-time (preferred) and part-time positions are available.
Responsibilities
- Welcome every guest with a warm smile, positive attitude, and genuine enthusiasm.
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a memorable experience for every guest.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Process cash, debit, and credit card transactions.
- Develop a strong knowledge of the menu to confidently answer guest questions, make recommendations, and up-sell additional items/combos.
- Perform table touches by checking in with guests, ensuring they are enjoying their meal and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Deliver food to guest tables when needed.
- Prepare milkshakes and beverages when needed (multi-tasking)
- Handle pick-up and takeout order phone calls professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including wiping and resetting tables promptly after guests leave.
- Monitor and change front-of-house garbage as needed.
- Restock front counter supplies, condiments, packaging, and other essential items.
- Keep beverage coolers stocked, organized, and guest-ready.
- Assist with dishwashing and general cleaning duties when required.
- Check, clean, and maintain washrooms throughout shifts as needed.
- Support the team wherever needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist with front-of-house closing duties, including sweeping, mopping, cleaning tables, restocking, and washroom cleaning.
