Position Summary
The Collision Appraiser is responsible for providing repair cost estimates to Body Shop customers in a friendly and accurate manner. The Collision Appraiser acts as a liaison between the customer and the insurance company to allow for smooth coordination and a positive relationship between parties.

Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Salary: $58,000.00 – 64,164.00 per year (commensurate with experience)

What You’ll Do
- Accurately analyzes vehicle damages to provide repair costs estimates;
- Greets customers in a friendly and courteous manner;
- Upholds pleasant and professional phone conduct;
- Provides customers with personalized service;
- Manages workflow scheduling;
- Ensures monthly sales goals and quotas are met;
- Provides quality control;
- Responds to all written and verbal inquiries in a quick and professional manner;
- Coordinates and negotiates with insurance companies to allow for a smooth and fair repair process for the customer;
- Manages and maintains operating and estimating systems;
- Performs pre and post scans;
- Manages parts vendors and orders replacement parts;
- Offers back-up support as needed, such as cleaning customer vehicles and driving customers home;
- Organizes and completes collision paperwork in a timely fashion.

- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Collision Appraiser required
