Overview:
Lawn care specialists will be servicing the customers’ properties in an efficient manner while delivering an exemplary level of quality. They will also be directly interacting with clients to educate them on the services offered. This role is physically demanding.
You’ll be on your feet all day, working outdoors in heat, lifting equipment, and moving at a steady pace. This is a great fit for people who enjoy physical work and being outside.
Lawn care specialists will work closely with the crew leaders and the office staff. We are looking for people with great leadership and initiative skills in order to then later help develop them into crew leaders and managers.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Complete necessary service training provided by the company
- Perform all lawn maintenance tasks including, but not limited to, mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, etc.
- Maintain equipment and a clean working environment
- Accurately track time, job details, and service notes using company systems—attention to detail matters here.
- Communicate pleasantly with approaching customers
- Escalate issues to the office or crew leader when unsure about any arising issue with the crew, customers, or equipment.
- Educate clients on the services offered and the values of the company that sets us apart from our competitors
Requirements
- Prior landscaping experience is not required but is definitely considered an asset
- Proven reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are non-negotiable
- Valid driver’s license (G2 or G) and a clean driving record
- A smartphone with data for navigation and work applications
- Strong initiative skills

Requirement to be considered for hiring is at least 2 days free during the work week (Monday - Friday) where shifts are typically 7 AM to 5 PM. We often work with students and can accommodate a work schedule around classes around the AT LEAST 2 WEEK DAY commitment.
