Full job description

Easter Seals New Brunswick is seeking a highly motivated, and experienced Executive Assistant. The successful candidate must be an organized, and energetic organizer with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both official languages to manage administrative tasks and customer communications that are to be carried out in the most efficient manner while maintaining high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

Graduation from a post-secondary education program specialization in administration, health services, humanities. Social Services, or equivalent experience.

· Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple simultaneous projects from across the organization.

· Motivated to learn and support the goals and objectives of the organization.

Language Requirements

Must be able to communicate in English and French at an intermediate level.

Duties

Provide administrative support to all programs run by Easter Seals NB, the Executive Director, and the Board of Directors, prioritizing work in order to meet deadlines.
To be the administrator coordinator for Camp Rotary, processing all camper applications, answering general administrative inquiries about Camp Rotary, and providing follow-up as needed at the direction of the Camp Director and Accounts Manager.
Assist with fundraising and social media campaigns at the request of the Executive Director.
Responsible to work with all staff to problem-solve and implement strategies to improve the efficiency of ESNB and Camp Rotary.
Perform routine office duties.
Organize and prepare for meetings and other activities.
Assist with all other ESNB and Camp Rotary duties as required.
