Full job description

We are looking for a reliable, independent team member to join our lounge. This position involves working independently, so applicants must be comfortable managing the bar and preparing simple food items during their shift.

Shift Hours

Evening shifts starting at 4:30 PM and ending around 11:30 PM/12:30 AM
Must be available to work weekdays and weekends
Must be available to work 2 - 3 shifts a week

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Prepare pub-style appetizers using a tabletop fryer, including items such as mozzarella sticks, chicken wings, and fries
Accurately collect and process customer payments
Mix drinks according to standard recipes and customer preferences
Verify customer identification to ensure legal drinking age requirements are met
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area
Wash glassware, clean equipment, and follow food safety and sanitation standards
Provide friendly and efficient customer service throughout each shift

Qualifications

Comfortable working independently
Experience using a tabletop fryer or willingness to learn
Bartending experience is an asset
Strong customer service and communication skills
Reliable, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be available for evening and weekend shifts
Must be the legal age to serve alcohol in NB

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
