Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of food handling and safety practices, along with experience in meal preparation within a fast-paced kitchen environment. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality dishes that meet our restaurant's standards while ensuring an efficient workflow in the kitchen.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
Ensure proper food handling and sanitation procedures are followed at all times.
Assist in the setup and breakdown of the kitchen stations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal services

Skills
Strong knowledge of food handling and safety regulations.
Experience in meal preparation and cooking within the food industry.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
