Career Counsellors

We are seeking energetic, talented, and flexible individuals to join our ever growing team and manage promotional activities to establish our brand.

Responsibilities:

You have exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to consistently maintain accuracy and attention to detail. You also have a strong focus on professionalism and client service excellence. You like to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and are willing to meet deadlines. A summary is as follows,

Advise students on their career plans.
Connect with other organizations for cooperation.
Manage the daily office work with attention to detail.
Accomplish the specified and mandatory goal(s), metrics, and enrollment numbers.
Provide information to applicants regarding programs, application status, and program eligibility.
Research and report updates on education markets to develop an effective marketing strategy and plan.
Organize and attend student orientations, education fairs, and other marketing events.
Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure student satisfaction and success.

Capacity for initiative and an ability to assume responsibility while working as a team.

Qualifications and soft skills

Bachelor's degree or higher
Minimum of two years of experience in the same capacity in a career college.
Critical thinking
Good communication skills and patience with students/clients
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Excel (testing may be required)
Good English Speaking and writing; multilingualism will be an asset.
Candidates from related positions, such as Enrolment and Admission Officer, Admissions Assistant, Admissions/Liaison Officer, International Admissions Officer, Recruitment & Admissions Officer, and Admissions Advisor, are welcome to apply.
