Flat Roof Laborers & Torch-On Roofers (Immediate Start)

North Titan Roofing is a growing roofing company serving Toronto and the surrounding areas. Due to increased commercial and industrial work, we are hiring experienced Flat Roof Laborers and Torch-On Roofers to join our team immediately.

Position

Flat Roof Labourer
Torch-On Roofer
Full-Time
Immediate Start

Responsibilities

Install torch-on modified bitumen roofing systems and hot ashpalt.
Assist with commercial and industrial flat roofing projects.
Load and unload materials and equipment.
Remove existing roofing materials.
Install insulation, cover board, vapour barrier, and roofing membranes.
Operate roofing tools and equipment safely.
Maintain a clean and safe worksite.
Follow company safety procedures and manufacturer specifications.
Work efficiently as part of a team.

Requirements

Experience in commercial flat roofing preferred.
Torch-on roofing experience is a strong asset.
Valid Working at Heights certification (or willing to obtain).
Reliable transportation to job sites.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Ability to work overtime when required.
