Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Food and Beverage Manager to lead our dynamic dining operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of food service, ensuring exceptional quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Your leadership will inspire a team of culinary and service professionals to deliver memorable experiences while maintaining efficient restaurant management practices. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality expert eager to make a positive impact in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Supervise daily food and beverage operations, including restaurant service, bar service, and kitchen activities, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards.
Lead, motivate, and develop a team of staff members, including servers, cooks, bartenders, and support personnel to foster a collaborative and customer-focused environment.
Plan, organize, direct and evaluate the operations of a quick-service restaurant specializing in breakfast services
Determine food service offerings and implement operational procedures for efficient preparation and pickup of breakfast skillets, Eggs Benedict, pancakes, burgers and other menu items
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to food safety standards.
Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs to optimize profitability without compromising quality.
Ensure compliance with health regulations, food handling procedures, and safety protocols across all areas of operation.
Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly with a positive attitude.
Implement training programs on food safety, serving techniques, and hospitality best practices to elevate team performance.
Support promotional and customer service initiatives to strengthen the restaurant’s reputation and encourage repeat business

Qualifications

Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or food service setting with demonstrated leadership skills.
A university degree or two years college diploma in is typically required.
At least 2 years of management experience is required.
Extensive food industry knowledge including restaurant management, kitchen experience, and food handling procedures.
Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and restaurant operations management.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create welcoming environments for diverse guests.
Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations; certification in food safety is preferred.
Experience in managing inventory, controlling costs, and maintaining high-quality food standards.
