Salary: $48,000–$50,000 annually (35 hours/week)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Bilingual (French & English) Program Facilitator to join our team.
This position follows a hybrid work model:
- Remote work from a home office for planning, scheduling, and administrative responsibilities
- In-person delivery of presentations, workshops, camps, conferences, and special events
- Travel throughout Ontario, with a primary focus on Eastern Ontario
Applicants must reside in Eastern Ontario. Preference will be given to candidates located in Ottawa, Cornwall, Casselman, Brockville, Perth, or surrounding areas.
Position Summary
As a Bilingual Program Facilitator, you will inspire students to discover exciting career opportunities in the skilled trades and technologies. You will represent Skills Ontario in schools, communities, and at events by delivering engaging programming in both English and French.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with educators, community partners, and stakeholders while delivering high-quality programming that reaches youth across Ontario.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and facilitate presentations, workshops, and interactive career exploration activities in English and French
- Build and maintain relationships with school boards, schools, community organizations, and industry partners
- Promote awareness of skilled trades and technology career pathways to students, educators, and families
- Support the delivery of Skills Ontario's Trades & Tech Truck programming as required
- Facilitate summer camp programming during July and August (up to six weeks annually)
- Assist with conferences, special events, competitions, and outreach initiatives across the province
- Travel within Ontario to support programming and event delivery
- Complete program administration, scheduling, reporting, and other related duties
- Support additional Skills Ontario initiatives as assigned
Qualifications Required
- Fluency in French and English (written and verbal)
- Confidence delivering presentations and facilitating workshops in both languages
- Experience delivering presentations, workshops, programs, or educational activities for youth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable personal vehicle
- Willingness to travel throughout Ontario, including occasional evenings and weekends
- Passion for educating, engaging, and inspiring youth

- Knowledge of skilled trades and technology career pathways
- Experience coordinating events, camps, or educational programming
- Experience building partnerships and stakeholder relationships
- Experience working within education, non-profit, or youth-serving organizations
