- Analyze digital documentation to develop detailed scopes of work across all required trades, interpreting 3D renderings and measurements to ensure completeness and accuracy;
- Validate scope against available data and request additional documentation where required, ensuring all estimates meet company standards, insurer requirements, and industry best practices;
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Xactimate, including efficient estimate structuring, line item selection, and the development and maintenance of custom macros to improve estimating speed, consistency, and accuracy;
- Attend larger, complex, or high-risk losses in person as required to validate scope, perform on-site inspections, measurements, and documentation, and collaborate with field teams to align scope with actual site conditions;

- Work closely with project managers and field staff to ensure alignment between estimate and execution, and provide ongoing estimating support throughout the project lifecycle;
- Support and mentor junior estimators in remote scoping best practices, and contribute to training and onboarding related to estimating tools and workflows;
- Continuously identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround times through process improvement and technology use;
