Responsibilities

Provide professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and care.
Perform body waxing treatments safely and hygienically to ensure client comfort and satisfaction.
Deliver excellent customer service by listening to clients’ needs, offering expert advice, and creating a relaxing experience.
Maintain strict sanitation and cleanliness standards for all tools, workstations, and treatment areas to ensure health safety compliance.
Upsell additional beauty services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales revenue.
Communicate clearly with clients about treatment options, aftercare instructions, and product recommendations.
Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge to continually improve service quality.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Nail Technician or Beauty Therapist with a strong portfolio of nail care services.
Knowledge of body waxing procedures and sanitation protocols.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients in a friendly manner.
Demonstrated ability to upsell retail products and additional services effectively.
Strong attention to detail, hygiene standards, and customer satisfaction.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
Certification or licensing as required by local regulations for nail care and beauty therapy.
