We are seeking a polished, client-focused Luxury Jewelry Sales Consultant who thrives on building relationships and delivering elevated customer experiences.
Position Summary
As a Luxury Jewelry Sales Consultant, you will create memorable client experiences through thoughtful service, expert guidance, and genuine connection. You understand that luxury is not simply about the product—it is about trust, storytelling, craftsmanship, and lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome every client with warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness
* Build strong customer relationships through active listening and meaningful conversation * Deliver personalized recommendations based on client preferences, milestones, and lifestyle
* Educate clients on jewelry collections, materials, craftsmanship, and care
* Support custom design consultations and special orders where applicable
* Achieve individual and team sales goals while maintaining exceptional service standards
* Maintain boutique presentation and merchandising standards
* Assist with inventory management, client follow-up, and appointment preparation Represent the company’s values of integrity, respect, and excellence in every interaction.
Qualifications
*Minimum [1–3+] years of experience in luxury retail, jewelry, fashion, hospitality, or premium customer service
*Demonstrated success in client relationship building and sales performance
*Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
*Strong attention to detail and presentation*Passion for craftsmanship, design, and luxury experiences
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
*Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as require
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in fine jewelry, watches, bridal, custom design, or luxury goods
* Knowledge of gemstones, diamonds, or jewelry sales practices
*CRM and clienteling experience
