Dessert First is looking for an experienced, driven, and artistic Senior Baker & Cake Decorator to join our production team. This position is for someone who can consistently create beautiful, delicious products while working efficiently in a fast-paced commercial kitchen.

What you will do:
- Produce variety of baked goods, desserts and decorate cakes according to Dessert First’s recipes and standards
- Follow production schedules and complete orders accurately and on time
- Maintain consistency in appearance, flavour, portioning, and quality
- Organize your workload and prioritize competing production demands
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace
- Identify problems early and help find practical solutions
- Help improve our products, systems, and production processes
