Your Contribution:

This is a temporary position.

Your main responsibilities

Monitoring and maintaining up-to-date records for client accounts and reviewing accounts in arrears to ensure appropriate actions are taken.
Notifying debtors of overdue payments and accounts by telephone, mail, and email, including timely follow-up when no response is received.
Professionally handling customer inquiries, including providing detailed account reconciliations and statements as required.
Tracing and locating debtors to establish payment arrangements.
Recommending further action or service discontinuation when payment is not forthcoming, including liaising with Project Managers when necessary.
Preparing reports related to collection activities.
Attending Operations collections meetings.
Providing billing and administrative support as needed.
Responding to customer inquiries related to invoices, statements, or account balances.
Preparing and updating customer account files and documentation.
Assisting with data entry, files, and general finance-related tasks.

Your Profile:

What makes you unique

Have 2 to 5 years of relevant experience;
Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent;
Enjoy problem solving and negotiating solutions;
Comfortable working in a structured environment with clear objectives and performance targets;
Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
