Job Overview
We are an innovative, fast-growing SaaS company providing cutting-edge patient acquisition software online booking to dental practices. We are seeking a hungry, highly motivated Entry-Level Sales Executive to join our team and help us scale rapidly.
In this role, you will be on the front lines of our growth, directly reaching out to dentists and office managers, running high-impact software demos, and closing deals. You do not need years of complex enterprise sales experience—we will train you on our proven sales system.
However, prior experience working in or selling in SaaS or to the dental industry (e.g., former dental front desk, office manager, dental assistant, or dental sales) is a massive bonus. If you understand the daily headaches of a busy dental practice and have the drive to succeed in software sales, this is the perfect launchpad for your SaaS career.
Responsibilities
- High-Volume Prospecting: Identify and reach out to dental clinics through cold calling, email outreach, and social media to generate new business opportunities.
- Run High-Impact Demos: Conduct concise, 15-minute virtual demonstrations (via Zoom) showcasing how our software solves front-desk burnout and captures missed patient revenue.
- Close Deals: Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to securing the credit card, using a frictionless, one-call close methodology.
- Speak the Language: Build instant rapport with practice owners and office managers by understanding dental industry pain points (e.g., missed after-hours calls, empty chair time, and schedule gaps).
- Pipeline Management: Utilize our CRM daily to rigorously track your daily sales activities, follow-ups, and pipeline progress.
- Client Onboarding: Assist in the initial 60-second live onboarding process on the call to ensure the client’s software is activated immediately.
- Continuous Learning: Actively participate in daily stand up meetings on accountabulity and sales, sales training, role-playing, and coaching sessions to refine your pitch and objection-handling skills.
Qualifications
- Entry-Level Hustle: 2–5 years of sales experience. You possess a relentless work ethic, thick skin for cold outreach, and a deep desire to learn B2B SaaS sales.
- The "Huge Bonus": SaaS experience or direct experience in the dental field. If you have worked at a dental front desk, as a dental assistant, or have previously sold products to dentists, you will move to the front of the line.
- Exceptional Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You are confident, articulate, and comfortable controlling a conversation on the phone and on video calls.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating software interfaces, CRM platforms, and Zoom. Bonus points if you are familiar with practice management systems like Dentrix, Open Dental, or Eaglesoft.
- Action-Oriented: Hunter, organized, driven and accountable. A self-starter who does not wait to be told what to do. You are proactive about finding new leads and hitting daily outreach targets. You thrive in a competitive environment.
- Coachable: You take constructive feedback well and can quickly implement new sales tactics and scripts.

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
