Job Summary
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day execution of marketing activity across Tony Graham Toyota, Kanata Toyota, Tony Graham Lexus, Tony Graham Collision Centre, AADA Leasing and the corporate activities of Tony Graham Automotive Group. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Coordinator manages departmental workflow, websites, vendor follow-up, lead distribution, campaign execution, reporting preparation, email marketing, partnerships and project tracking. The successful candidate will be highly organized, technically capable and comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced dealership environment. The coordinator will communicate directly with dealership managers, employees, agencies and vendors to ensure marketing work is properly documented, completed accurately and followed through to resolution. This role requires someone who can independently move projects forward, identify issues early, maintain clear records and keep the Marketing Manager informed without requiring repeated follow-up.

What you offer
Job Duties:
Marketing Operations and Project Coordination
- Coordinate marketing projects from planning through execution by managing timelines, priorities, project tracking, communications, approvals, and stakeholder follow-up to ensure work is completed on schedule.
Website Management
- Maintain and update dealership websites, coordinate technical changes, conduct regular website audits, test functionality, and ensure websites remain accurate, user-friendly, and aligned with brand standards.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Local Search
- Improve online visibility through on-page SEO, keyword research, local search optimization, Google Business Profile management, and coordination of technical SEO initiatives.
Vendor and Platform Coordination
- Serve as the primary operational contact for marketing vendors and agencies by coordinating projects, tracking deliverables, documenting meetings, and ensuring marketing platforms function as expected.
Lead Management and Distribution
- Monitor website lead generation and CRM routing, test lead forms, resolve lead-flow issues, and ensure leads are accurately delivered and tracked.
Reporting and Performance Preparation
- Collect, organize, and prepare marketing performance reports from multiple platforms, identify trends and issues, and provide meaningful insights to support decision-making.
Campaign and Email Execution
- Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns across digital channels, manage campaign assets and timelines, deploy email marketing campaigns, and monitor campaign performance.
Partnerships, Sponsorships and Events
- Research, coordinate, and support community partnerships, sponsorships, and events while tracking commitments, deliverables, and post-event reporting.
Team Coordination
- Coordinate workflow between the Marketing Manager, Marketing Content Creator, dealership teams, and vendors by preparing project briefs, tracking creative deliverables, and supporting campaign execution.
Support for Tony Graham Collision Centre and AADA Leasing
- Provide ongoing marketing coordination for the Collision Centre and AADA Leasing, including website updates, vendor coordination, campaign support, reporting, and project management.
Other Tasks
- Support additional marketing activities and special projects as assigned by the **Marketing Manager**.
- Continuously think outside the box to find innovative ways to improve marketing effectiveness, while understanding and navigating internal challenges.
The successful candidate will have the following:
Education and Qualification
- College diploma or university degree in marketing, communications, digital marketing, business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
- Valid Driver’s License, acceptable Driver’s Abstract, and Reliable Vehicle (mileage will be reimbursed)
Experience
- Three or more years of relevant experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing, marketing operations or project coordination preferred.
- Automotive dealership, multi-location retail or agency experience is a strong asset.
- Experience managing website content through WordPress.
- Experience coordinating vendors and managing projects through completion.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO, email marketing, social platforms and digital advertising terminology.
- Ability to read and organize marketing reports and identify missing information or notable trends.
- Understanding of digital lead generation, website forms, CRM lead flow and source attribution is an asset.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Strong organizational, documentation and time-management skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with General Managers, dealership managers, vendors and employees.
- Ability to manage competing priorities with limited supervision.
Language
- Fluent in English, oral and written
Schedule:
Monday – Friday: 08:30 am – 04:30 pm (with occasional evening or weekend work required for selected campaigns and events)
Pay Structure:
(Expected Annual Income – $50,000 - $62,000)
