Stone Design Concepts, an industry- leading company specializing in commercial-grade quartz and granite fabrication and installation. We’re currently looking for a reliable and motivated CNC Saw Operator to join our team full-time at our Ottawa location.
This is a hands-on role that involves working with CNC stone fabrication equipment, helping load jobs, and supporting production. If you’re detail-oriented, team-focused, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC saws to cut granite, quartz, and other stone materials
- Read and interpret cut files, layouts, and production sheets
- Ensure accuracy of cuts and maintain tight tolerances
- Perform routine machine checks and basic maintenance
- Follow established shop procedures and safety standards
- Assist with material handling and general shop duties as required
- Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow structured processes and instructions
- Physically capable of lifting and handling heavy materials
- Basic mechanical knowledge and comfort working with machinery
- Reliable attendance and punctuality (this is essential)
- Previous CNC or fabrication experience is an asset but not required

Experience (preferred but not required):
- Granite or quartz fabrication: 1 year
- Construction or manufacturing: 1 year
