Are you an experienced bartender with a passion for providing exceptional service? We’re looking for a talented individual to join our team and create memorable experiences for our guests. Your Role:
As a Bartender, you’ll be the face of our bar service, mixing cocktails, serving drinks, and ensuring guests have a fantastic time. You’ll work with a supportive team, keeping the bar well-stocked, organized, and ready to serve!
What You’ll Do:
- Know your menu: Stay informed about all food and beverage options, including cocktails and mixed drinks, and provide great recommendations.
- Serve with skill: Take and prepare drink orders based on guest preferences, following our alcohol service policies and creating customized drinks.
- POS Pro: Accurately punch orders into the POS system and process payments efficiently.
- Keep things stocked: Restock alcohol, garnishes, ice, and other bar supplies throughout the event, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Smooth operations: Complete closing procedures, restocking fridges and inventory, and maintaining accurate records.
- Customer first: Build rapport with guests, address concerns, and resolve any issues in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
- Team player: Work closely with other team members to maintain a positive, cooperative environment, helping out when needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Positive attitude: You’re friendly, upbeat, and always ready to support your teammates.
- Experience: At least 2 years of bartending experience, with high-volume, fast-paced environment experience preferred.
- Mathematical skills: Ability to manage orders and transactions quickly and accurately.
- Multi-tasker: Able to juggle multiple tasks and handle busy shifts with ease.
- Flexible schedule: Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Certified: Must hold a valid Smart Serve Certificate.
- Dependable: Always on time and ready to deliver great service.

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of bartending experience in high-volume settings.
- High school diploma or equivalent (relevant work experience will be considered).
- Must be bondable and pass a background check.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs., stand and walk for long periods, and work in an outdoor environment.
- Ability to work in a loud, busy venue, especially on event days.
