Trillys Systems is assembling experienced professionals for a multi‑year Government of Canada initiative focused on IT project delivery, change management, business analysis, technical writing, and IT security risk management.
This multi‑stream engagement is critical to enabling a scalable, secure, and business‑aligned technology environment. If you have experience supporting enterprise IT programs, leading organizational change, documenting complex systems, or managing IM/IT projects, this opportunity is an excellent fit.

Stream 1 — Technical Writer
What You’ll Do
- Develop, write, edit, and manage documentation (policies, SOPs, manuals, job aids, training materials)
- Produce documentation using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) and corporate wiki tools (SharePoint, Confluence)
- Review and improve documentation formats and layouts
- Validate documentation for clarity, brevity, and relevance
- Collaborate with SMEs to gather and verify requirements
- Conduct client meetings to collect information
- Manage document lifecycle and version control
You’re a Fit If You Have
Senior Level
- Degree/diploma or 10+ years progressive IT experience
- 10+ years understanding IT infrastructure terminology (LAN/WAN, servers, telephony)
- 10+ years producing Word, Excel, and Visio Pro documents
- 10+ years producing and reviewing technical documents
- 10+ years creating online help systems or training packages
- 10+ years understanding software development practices and lifecycle
- 10+ years knowledge of ITSG‑33 or equivalent standards
Intermediate Level
- Degree/diploma or 5+ years progressive IT experience

- Assess current business processes and performance

- One or more certifications: CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CCSP, CEH, etc.
- 3+ years applying ITSG policies in GoC
- 3+ years providing IT security risk management advice (cloud and on‑prem)
