Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Server/Bartender, where your energy and hospitality skills will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this lively role, you’ll be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional service while expertly handling food and beverage orders. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Duties

Greet guests warmly, seat them, and guide them through the menu, offering recommendations and answering questions about food and drinks
Take accurate orders using Touch Bistro, ensuring timely and efficient service
Prepare and serve beverages, including alcoholic drinks, following standard recipes
Serve food promptly and professionally, ensuring all items meet quality standards
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, addressing any concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience
Opportunity to advance to keyholder

Skills

Proven experience in restaurant or food service environments, with a strong background in serving and bartending
Familiarity with Touch Bistro POS system and Resy reservation system
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or drink orders efficiently during busy periods
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and calculating bills accurately
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented hospitality setting while maintaining a positive attitude
