Company Overview

We are a growing group representing several businesses in Owen Sound. We're looking for an organized, creative, and driven Marketing Coordinator to help elevate our online presence, support sales initiatives, and create engaging content that showcases our inventory, people, and community involvement. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of creativity, marketing strategy, social media, and event coordination.

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Marketing Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you will drive our marketing initiatives forward by developing compelling campaigns, managing digital platforms, and analyzing market trends. Your creativity and strategic thinking will help elevate our brand presence and attract new customers through innovative marketing strategies.

Duties

Develop and manage social media content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
Photograph and create videos of new and used vehicle inventory.
Design digital and print marketing materials.
Coordinate dealership promotions, sales events, and community sponsorships.
Maintain and update dealership websites with current promotions and content.
Assist with email marketing campaigns and customer communications.
Monitor social media engagement and respond to inquiries when appropriate.
Track marketing performance and provide reports on campaign effectiveness.
Work closely with the sales and management teams to develop marketing initiatives.
Ensure all branding remains consistent across both dealerships.
Coordinate with third-party vendors, media partners, and advertising agencies.

Qualifications

Postsecondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is considered an asset.
Previous marketing or social media experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Canva (Adobe Creative Suite is an asset).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Photography and video editing experience is considered an asset.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Valid Ontario G Driver's Licence.
