Full job description

Position: Project Manager Assistant

What does a Project Manager Assistant with Paul Davis do?

Maintaining project records, including documentation, reports, and meeting minutes.
Managing communication, including emails, phone calls, and meetings.
Tracking project progress and reporting on milestones.
Ensure strict adherence to Compliance tasks
Monitoring project progress, identifying potential issues, and implementing corrective actions.
Ensure work authorization, completion certificates and all other required documents are obtained from client accurately and uploaded to internal and external claims systems
Assist PM with communicating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to provide updates and address concerns.
Facilitating project communication and ensuring clear information flow
Performing other tasks as assigned by the Project Manager.
Customer call intake and documenting all pertinent information

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Can review data and deductively think through what information might be missing
Proactive, assertive personality
Likes to create and follow systems while helping others to follow them as well
Familiarity with project management software. Knowledge of Xactimate software an asset
High school diploma or equivalent, with some relevant experience or education preferred

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
