Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Chiropractic Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our chiropractic office. This position requires a blend of administrative skills and customer service expertise, making it essential for candidates to have experience in a medical or dental office setting.

Responsibilities

Assist with patient intake, including collecting medical history and verifying insurance information.
Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar efficiently.
Maintain accurate patient files and records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
Operate phone systems to handle incoming calls, answer inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
Utilize Google Suite for administrative tasks, including document creation and data management.
Support the chiropractic team in preparing treatment rooms and assisting during patient treatments as needed.
Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence to ensure office efficiency.
Foster a welcoming environment for patients by providing compassionate care and addressing their needs promptly.
Willing to step into other jobs based on team need.
Interested in helping the team succeed to the best of their individual abilities.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a medical office or dental office is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
Proficiency in computerized systems and familiarity with phone systems is essential.
Knowledge of Google Suite applications for administrative tasks is advantageous.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to maintain accurate records.
