General Manager – Growing Consumer Products Company
Location: Heathcote, ON (Blue Mountains)
Compensation: $85,000–$100,000 based on experience, plus performance incentives and growth opportunities
Looking for a challenge?
Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are exactly the same?
Are you someone who naturally takes ownership, enjoys leading people, tracking performance, solving problems, and turning ideas into action?
Do you enjoy setting goals, creating accountability, building systems, and helping teams perform at their highest level?
We're not looking for someone to simply manage the business. We're looking for someone who wants to help build it.
This role is ideal for a leader who enjoys creating structure, developing people, improving performance, and helping a growing business reach its next level.
If you're looking for a leadership role where you can make a meaningful impact, help guide a growing business, and play a key role in shaping its future, we'd love to meet you.
This is not a corporate management position where every day follows the same playbook.
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity within a growing entrepreneurial business where adaptability, initiative, accountability, and strong people leadership are essential.
One day you may be helping reorganize production priorities. The next day you may be supporting a staffing decision, improving inventory processes, preparing for a major wholesale order, helping coordinate a retail promotion, or implementing a new operational system.
The ability to adapt, prioritize, communicate, and lead through change is critical.
