In the position of Sales Consultant reporting to the Sales Manager/General Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling some of the most talked about vehicles and providing superior customer service.

You will be accountable for:
- Foster positive relationships with customers and colleagues to ensure a harmonious work environment.
- Strive for complete customer satisfaction through exceptional service interactions across the department.
- Provide detailed information to customers regarding available vehicles for purchase.
- Successfully close sales transactions while suggesting additional products or services.
- Complete sales while offering additional products and/or services.
- Conduct test drives of vehicles for sale.
- Address and resolve any objections or concerns raised by potential customers.
- Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms, and prepare offers to purchase.
- Build and foster a network of referrals to create new opportunities for revenue growth.
- Always maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray the company in a positive manner.
- Use customer relation management software tools to maximize sales efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate records, including sales reports, expense reimbursement forms, billing invoices, and other documentation.
- Build and maintain ongoing awareness of new products and services, competitor activities, and research.
- Other duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License
- Understand the importance of CSI/CVP
- Fluent English communication, a second language is an asset.
- Customer centric having the ability to maintain rapport with previous and new customers,
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, can collaboratively work in a team and can independently working alone.
- Keen ability to sense business opportunities.
Pay Range Offered:
- $40,000.00 up to $120,000.00

- Do you have previous sales experience (automotive or high-volume retail sales preferred)?

- Are you confident conducting vehicle walkarounds, test drives, and explaining product features and benefits to customers?
- Do you have experience using CRM systems or sales tracking tools (e.g., Dealertrack, VinSolutions, Salesforce, etc.)?
- Do you currently hold a valid driver’s license?
- Are you legally authorized to work in Canada?
- Will you now or in the future require employer sponsorship (e.g., LMIA, work permit, visa)?
