Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated person to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for teaching. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for students, fostering their academic and social development. The School Teacher will be responsible for planning engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and collaborating with parents and staff to support each child's learning journey.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to the diverse needs of students.
Create a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love for learning.
Assess and evaluate student performance through various methods, including tests, projects, and observations.
Maintain open communication with parents regarding student progress, behavior, and any concerns.
Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance teaching strategies and share best practices.
Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and methodologies.

Experience

Proven experience in teaching or tutoring, particularly in early childhood education settings.
Strong understanding of child development principles and effective teaching strategies.
Experience working with children in various capacities is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
