Full job description

Versatile Group is looking for a motivated and organized Office Administrator to join our team at our office in St. John’s.

Versatile Group provides reliable heavy-duty truck sales, truck rentals, and professional maintenance services to support businesses across various industries. We also offer project management and construction support, delivering dependable solutions, quality workmanship, and exceptional customer service to help keep projects moving forward.

We are looking for a dynamic and Versatile member to join our team. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, has excellent organizational skills, and takes pride in providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

· Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

· General office administration and clerical duties

· Assisting customers in person and over the phone

· Coordinating heavy truck rental inquiries and customer assistance

· Coordinating heavy truck sales, service inquiries and customer assistance

· Supporting daily operations and assisting in various areas of the business as needed

· Maintaining accurate records and documentation

· Maintaining inventory and fleet management

What We’re Looking For:

Strong organizational and time management skills

· Excellent communication and customer service abilities

· Proficiency with computers and office software

· Ability to work independently while also being a valuable team player

· Flexible and willing to assist wherever needed within the business

· Previous office administration or accounting experience is considered an asset

Experience with QuickBooks and bookkeeping is preferred

· Candidates with Previous experience in a trucking, parts, garage or fleet setting preferred

· Class 5 driver’s license
