Who We Are
At Exhale Therapy, we believe healing happens in relationships: with ourselves, our partners, and our communities. We are an independently owned counselling clinic in Kitchener, Ontario, with a team of over 30 diverse, experienced clinicians who bring a wide range of backgrounds, modalities, and perspectives to their work.
We have an active and growing waitlist. Clinicians who join us build a full caseload quickly. We handle the marketing, referral matching, and administrative work so you can stay focused on what you do best.
Our values of inclusivity, accessibility, community, compassion, and integrity shape both how we support clients and how we show up for one another. Joining Exhale means joining a community, not just taking a contract.
What You’ll Do

- Work with presentations including relationship challenges, Infidelity, intimacy, trauma, anxiety, depression, and more.
- Maintain thorough, timely clinical documentation in line with professional and clinic standards
- Participate in team meetings, peer consultation, and professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive, inclusive, and supportive team culture.

You are grounded, reflective, and clinically curious, and you are looking to build a meaningful practice surrounded by colleagues who share your commitment to high-quality care.
You will thrive here if you:

- Are experienced with modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, or other evidence-based approaches
- Hold a genuine commitment to inclusive, culturally responsive practice
- Are an excellent communicator, with clients and colleagues alike
- Value being part of a team and contributing to a shared culture of care

- Access to a reliable computer suitable for secure virtual sessions
- Minimum 15 to 24 clinical hours per week; some evening and/or weekend availability required
What We Offer
- A consistent flow of referrals, carefully matched through our intake system to support strong therapeutic fit. We manage the marketing so you can stay focused on your clients.
- Full-time administrative support for scheduling, billing, and client communication.
- Access to peer consultation, supervision, and ongoing learning opportunities.
