Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and versatile All-Around Handy-person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various maintenance and repair tasks, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong work ethic. As an All-Around Handy-person, you will be responsible for liaising with clients, completing assigned tasks promptly and efficiently, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Liaise with clients to understand their maintenance and repair needs
Complete assigned tasks, including but not limited to:
Plumbing repairs
Electrical work
Carpentry
Painting
Drywall repairs
Fixture installations
General maintenance
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and meets client expectations
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Prepare and submit invoices to clients
Provide excellent customer service and address any client concerns or questions
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times

Requirements:

Proven experience as a handy-person
Proficiency in a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license
Reliable vehicle
