We are looking for an ambitious, polished, and customer-focused individual to join the sales team at Porsche Centre Nanaimo. Whether you already have automotive sales experience or come from another luxury retail, hospitality, or premium customer service environment, this opportunity is designed for someone who wants to build a meaningful and rewarding long-term career with one of the world's most iconic performance and luxury brands.

This Is Different from the Traditional Car Business

This is not a commission-only, "sink or swim" environment.

Within your first 6–8 months, you will be trained, confident, capable, and positioned for long-term success as a Porsche Brand Ambassador and Sales Consultant.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

Become an expert of all Porsche products
Deliver first-class customer experience
Conduct test drives and demonstrate the performance and capabilities of our vehicles
Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the dealership
Build and foster relationships with clients and be proactive by seeking new customers through prospecting and referrals
Ensure compliance with brand standards from Porsche and the GAIN Group of Companies
Follow and respect management’s instructions
Complete required training to further advance your knowledge and skills
Be a team player and a positive force on the sales floor
Participate and help with marketing and customer events

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and someone who takes initiatives to respond in a timely manner while ensuring Porsche guidelines
Passion for luxury cars and an understanding of the Porsche brand and histories
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Valid VSA license
A criminal record check and driver’s abstract with be required upon hire
