Account Executive (Outbound B2B SaaS Hunter) – Nanaimo, BC

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $60,000 CAD
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $120,000 CAD (Uncapped Commission)

The Opportunity

Real Estate Webmasters (REW) is looking for a focused, high-grit Outbound Account Executive to drive new growth for our industry-leading platform.

In this role, we remove administrative distractions so you can focus entirely on what you do best: prospecting, demoing, and closing. It's important to know that our target market is exceptionally sharp. Your clients will be realtors—professionals who are trained negotiators and highly protective of their time. Breaking through requires a blend of unwavering confidence, deep empathy, and the resilience to handle consistent rejection with a positive attitude. For the right sales professional, navigating this challenge is incredibly rewarding.

The Mission

Own the Outbound: Execute 100+ high-quality outbound touches daily (500+ weekly) via phone, email, and social to break through the noise and build your own pipeline.
Master the Demo: Conduct 10+ high impact presentations per week, translating REW features into business value for real estate teams.
Close with Care: Navigate objections, manage the contract process, and champion a warm, thorough handoff to our Account Management team — because how a client starts with REW shapes everything that follows. You're the architect of that first impression.

Who You Are

Experienced B2B Prospector: You bring 3+ years of heavy outbound B2B sales experience (for example, backgrounds in SaaS, agency recruitment, freight brokerage, or industrial B2B sales are highly transferrable). You know how to comfortably build a pipeline from the ground up.
Psychologically Resilient: You understand that "no" is just part of the sales process. You have the emotional stamina to handle a high volume of daily pushback while maintaining an optimistic, helpful mindset.
Process-Minded: You take pride in pristine CRM data integrity, recognizing that your documentation forms the blueprint for our client onboarding team's success.
Team-Oriented Prospector: You enjoy the momentum of a high-activity role and thrive when working alongside a supportive team to open doors for new, impactful partnerships.
A Team Finisher: You take pride in closing and in the quality of the baton pass. You document client context thoroughly and collaborate closely with Account Management to ensure every new client lands well.
