Canadian Diagnostic Network is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to help introduce MedBlu to healthcare organizations and support the platform's continued growth and adoption throughout Ontario.
Position Overview
MedBlu is seeking an energetic and relationship-focused Business Development Representative to identify growth opportunities, build relationships with healthcare organizations, and support the adoption of the MedBlu platform.
The successful candidate will engage with physician offices, healthcare clinics, diagnostic facilities, allied healthcare providers, hospitals, and other healthcare organizations across Ontario to demonstrate the value of MedBlu and help organizations improve patient engagement, healthcare communication, scheduling workflows, and access to health information. This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys relationship building, healthcare technology, business development, and helping organizations adopt innovative solutions that improve the healthcare experience. As MedBlu continues to grow and evolve, the successful candidate will also play an important role in gathering market feedback and helping shape future platform development.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Market Growth
- Identify and pursue opportunities to introduce MedBlu to healthcare organizations throughout Ontario.
- Develop and maintain relationships with physician offices, healthcare clinics, specialists, healthcare administrators, hospitals, and other healthcare stakeholders.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, demonstrations, and product discussions with prospective clients.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, outreach, referrals, and strategic relationship building.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and provide regular updates on business development activities.
- Support market expansion initiatives as MedBlu grows into new regions and healthcare sectors.
Client Education & Platform Promotion
- Educate healthcare organizations on the benefits and functionality of the MedBlu platform.
- Demonstrate how MedBlu can improve patient engagement, appointment management, communication, access to medical records, and operational efficiency.
- Promote platform adoption and assist prospective clients in understanding implementation opportunities.
- Develop a thorough understanding of current platform functionality and future development initiatives.
Customer Feedback & Product Development Support
- Gather feedback from healthcare organizations, users, and prospective clients.
- Identify client needs, challenges, and enhancement opportunities.
- Communicate market feedback and user experiences to MedBlu leadership and development teams.
- Assist in refining messaging, value propositions, and platform positioning as the product evolves.
Relationship Management
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for prospective and existing partners.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with healthcare organizations following onboarding.
- Support customer satisfaction and long-term client retention.
- Identify opportunities for expanded platform adoption and future partnerships.
Industry & Community Engagement
- Represent MedBlu at healthcare events, conferences, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Monitor healthcare industry trends and identify emerging opportunities.
- Develop relationships with healthcare stakeholders and community partners.
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic growth initiatives and market development plans.
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, healthcare relations, customer success, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong relationship-building abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively as required to support business development, client engagement, implementation activities, conferences, and market expansion opportunities throughout Ontario.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
- Experience in healthcare technology, healthcare administration, healthcare services, medical imaging, pharmaceutical sales, medical device sales, or related industries.
- Experience presenting software, technology, or service solutions to healthcare organizations.
- Experience maintaining client relationships and business development records. Experience with CRM software is considered an asset.
- Understanding of healthcare operations, patient engagement technologies, and healthcare workflows.
- Existing relationships within the healthcare community considered an asset.
- Experience working with developing or early-stage products is considered an asset.

Compensation & Benefits
MedBlu offers a competitive compensation package based on experience and qualifications. Additional performance-based incentives may be available based on business development objectives, organizational partnerships, platform adoption, and growth milestones.
