Bearfoot Bistro, Whistler’s premier fine-dining restaurant is growing its team. Be part of the action to deliver exceptional fine-dining value to guests in an award-winning dining room.

Responsibilities:

Maintaining an organized and efficient workspace, adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
Preparing and arranging food
Ensuring food is presented properly and that all components are prepared adequately.
Ensuring the quality and standard of food
Ensuring fridges, freezers and work area are left in a tidy and organized manner.
Ensuring food is properly stored and wrapped.
FIFO
Rotating stock
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Graduation from a recognized culinary program is an asset.
Passion for creating exceptional dining experiences.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and team members effectively.
Must be eligible to work in Canada.
