Full job description

Work Term: Permanent
Work Language: English
Hours: 30 hours per week
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Library science, other
or equivalent experience
Tasks
Issue and receive books and library materials
Answer quick reference questions
Assist library users in accessing basic library materials
Reshelve books and library materials
Provide interlibrary loans
Maintain classified collections (shelves shift, shelf-read)
Provide lending services and facilities for return of loaned items
Perform routine clerical duties
Handle and maintain library equipment (e.g., microfilm/microfiche readers, large print readers, etc.)
Computer and technology knowledge
