Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and energetic Graphic and Embroidery Designer to bring creative visions to life across a variety of digital and physical mediums. In this role, you will craft compelling visual content, develop innovative embroidery designs, and collaborate closely with marketing, production, and branding teams to ensure each project aligns with our brand identity. Your expertise will help elevate our products and marketing campaigns through stunning graphics, embroidery artwork, and digital art that captivate audiences and enhance brand recognition. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where creativity meets craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

Design eye-catching graphics for print advertising, digital campaigns, signage, and product packaging using industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and CorelDRAW.
Develop detailed embroidery designs suitable for manufacturing on various textiles, ensuring precision and quality in every stitch.
Create visual concepts for branding projects including logos, icons, and motion graphics that align with client specifications and brand guidelines.
Collaborate with marketing teams to produce engaging content for social media, websites, and promotional materials utilizing tools like Figma, InVision, WordPress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Manage color accuracy and consistency across digital art files and embroidery designs by applying sound color management principles.
Prepare production-ready files for sign manufacturing and embroidery machines while adhering to technical specifications.
Assist in photo manipulation, photography sessions, and video editing to support multimedia projects that showcase our products effectively.

Skills

Strong proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Sketch, CorelDRAW, and Figma.
Experience with digital art creation, illustration techniques, typography, color theory, layout design and typesetting.
Knowledge of UI/UX design principles for web design projects using HTML, CSS, JavaScript as well as content management systems like WordPress.
Skilled in motion graphics creation for videos or presentations using Adobe After Effects or similar tools.
Ability to produce high-quality embroidery designs with attention to detail suitable for manufacturing processes.
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate creative ideas clearly to clients or team members.
