Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Embroidery Graphic Manager to lead our visual design and branding initiatives within the embroidery and apparel customization industry. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the creation and execution of compelling graphic designs that enhance our product offerings, ensuring alignment with brand standards and market trends. Your expertise will drive the development of embroidery-ready artwork, manage creative projects from concept to completion, and inspire a talented team of designers. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the visual identity of our brand while leveraging your skills in digital design, art direction, and technical embroidery graphics.

You will also be responsible for answering the phone, emails and greeting customers.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of embroidery graphics, ensuring they meet technical specifications and aesthetic standards.
Collaborate with marketing, product development, and production teams to create cohesive visual concepts that resonate with target audiences.
Utilize design tools such as Wilcom Embroidery Studio, Adobe Illustrater and experience with Quick Books an asset.
Oversee the art direction for embroidery projects, providing guidance on color theory, typography, layout design, and overall visual style.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
Mentor and supervise a team of graphic designers, fostering creativity and professional growth.
Stay current with industry trends in graphic design, embroidery techniques, web design, photography, video production, print advertising, and related fields to continually elevate our visual content.

Requirements

Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing digital design, branding, layout design, illustration, and art direction.
Proficiency in Wilcom Embroidery Studio, Adobe Illustrater.
Deep understanding of color theory, typography principles, visual design best practices, and branding strategies.
Experience managing creative projects from concept through execution within fast-paced environments.
Leadership skills with the ability to guide a creative team effectively while fostering innovation.
Knowledge of embroidery graphics specifications and technical requirements for apparel decoration is highly desirable.
