Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Education (ECE) Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing, engaging, and educational environment for young children. This role requires strong communication skills, classroom experience, and a genuine love for working with children. Bilingual abilities, especially in English and French, as well as experience with children with disabilities or in special education settings, are highly valued. The ECE Teacher will play a vital role in supporting children's developmental milestones through innovative teaching methods and compassionate care.

Responsibilities

Design and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and learning.
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a cohesive educational experience.
Maintain accurate records of children's progress and daily activities using computer systems.
Collaborate with team members to develop individualized plans for children with special needs or disabilities.
Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times within the classroom and play areas.
Manage classroom supplies and organize materials to facilitate smooth daily operations.
Support children's emotional well-being through attentive caregiving and leadership in group activities.

Experience

Prior classroom experience in early childhood education or related fields is preferred.
Experience working with children of diverse backgrounds, including those with disabilities or special needs, is advantageous.
Demonstrated ability to utilize computer skills for record keeping, lesson planning, and communication purposes.
Strong organizational skills, time management, and the ability to lead effectively within a team setting are essential.

Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
