Overview
We are building a small, high-performance acquisition team focused on sourcing real estate clients (homeowners looking to sell and qualified buyers).
This is not a traditional job. There is no hourly pay.
This is a performance-based role with strong upside for individuals who can identify and connect real people actively looking to transact.
You will be working directly with a licensed realtor team. Your role is to generate qualified opportunities — we handle the closing.
What You’ll Do
- Identify homeowners considering selling (next 3–6 months) or buyers actively searching
- Start conversations (online, phone, or in-person)
- Qualify leads based on timeline, motivation, and property details
- Collect accurate contact information
- Book qualified introductions with our realtor team
What We Define as a “Qualified Lead”
To be eligible for compensation, a lead must include:
- Intent to buy or sell within ~3–6 months
- Clear motivation (relocation, upgrade, downsizing, financial, etc.)
- Property details (if seller) or budget + location (if buyer)
- Full contact information
- Willingness to speak with our realtor
Compensation
- $250–$500 per qualified lead (paid once verified and accepted)
- 20% of total commission on any deal that closes from your lead
Example:
If a deal generates $25,000 in commission → your share = $5,000
There is no cap on earnings.
Ideal Candidate
- Strong communicator — comfortable starting conversations
- Self-motivated and disciplined (no supervision required)
- Sales-minded or entrepreneurial
- Resourceful — able to find opportunities both online and offline
- Comfortable working in a performance-based environment
Where Leads Can Come From
- Social media (Facebook groups, Marketplace, etc.)
- Personal network
- Direct outreach (text, DM, call)
- In-person conversations
- Community engagement
We will provide guidance, scripts, and structure — but execution is on you.
Important Notes
- This is a commission-based role — not hourly or salaried
- You are not acting as a real estate agent or providing advice
- All transactions are handled by licensed professionals
- Payment is tied to verified leads and successful closings
Why This Role Exists
Most realtors struggle with consistent deal flow.
We are solving that by building a focused acquisition layer — individuals who can identify real opportunities before they hit the market.
If you can consistently find real buyers or sellers, this can become a high-income channel.
